City Parks Assocation Website
The City Parks Association of Philadelphia is a non-profit organization established in 1888 to stimulate visionary thinking about natural resources and open space in urban communities. They asked me to redesign their website to better promote their organization, events, and research.
In addition to designing the visual aesthetic of the site, I worked with the client to create an appropriate information architecture, allowing visitors to easily navigate the site. I hand-coded this framework with HTML and CSS and integrated the site with a backend content management system, database, and administration interface. This allows CPA to add and update the content on their site through a simple web-based interface. The end result is a new website that is logical, attractive, and functional.
